Lead Animator
Lead animator with director aspirations needed for innovative design, animation and visual effects house, Gasket Studios.  Be part of a growing company with national commercial clients.  Full-time staff position located in Minneapolis, MN. Must relocate. Starting salary depends on experience.  Medical and benefits package.

Qualifications
    •    Must have 6 to 8 years experience creating 3D & 2D animation with at least half of that time spent leading in a team environment
    •    Degree in animation or equivalent production animation experience, in addition to years above
    •    Must have experience with 3D camera animation, lenses, angles, staging and general filmmaking
    •    Ability to work collaboratively in teams, lead teams and communicate openly with team members and management
    •    Must be open to direction and able to embrace change (and client changes)
    •    Proven visual storytelling skills
    •    Strong understanding of filmmaking, editing & animation principles
    •    Must have experience with pipelines, rendering and working with both technical and creative staff
    •    Must have experience with rigging
    •    Must have a traditional art background which shows a thorough understanding of motion and form
    •    Maya and Aftereffects experience required
